Legal

These are the operative terms for Stream, a product of Reevar Inc. They govern your use of the service. Questions? Email team@reevar.com.

Terms of Use

Last updated 2026

By creating an account or using Stream (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

The Service

Stream lets you hire or build governed digital minds that perform work using tools you connect. Every mind operates under the governance controls presented in the Service, including maker-checker approvals and audit trails. You are responsible for reviewing and approving consequential actions where the Service requires it.

Accounts & acceptable use

Keep your credentials secure and your workspace members appropriate to their roles. Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or circumvent the governance controls. You’re responsible for the data you bring and the actions you authorize.

Credits & billing

Minds are free to hire; you spend credits when a mind does real work. Plans, packs, and credit costs are shown in the Service and may change with notice.

Intellectual property

Reevar Inc. owns the Service and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of the data and content you bring. Custom minds you build remain governed by your workspace’s configuration.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Digital minds assist with work but do not replace your judgment; you remain responsible for outcomes you approve. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevar Inc.’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026

This policy explains what Reevar Inc. collects when you use Stream, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, organization), usage and billing data, and the content you bring into a workspace so a mind can do its job.

Your data stays yours

Data you import into a workspace belongs to you. We use it to operate the Service for you, not to train shared models. You can export or delete workspace data.

Connected tools

When you connect a tool, access is granted through OAuth on a least-privilege basis, scoped to the workspace, and revocable at any time. A mind only reads and acts within the permissions you approve.

Sub-processors & security

We rely on infrastructure and model providers to deliver the Service, bound by confidentiality and security obligations. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

Your rights & contact

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email team@reevar.com with any privacy request.

Creator Agreement

Last updated 2026

This applies if you build a mind with Kola or deploy a mind to other organizations as a creator or partner.

Ownership & responsibility

You own the configuration and knowledge you put into a mind you build, and you’re responsible for its accuracy, its governance settings, and its use by those you deploy it to. Reevar Inc. provides the platform and governance controls.

Deployment & visibility

When you deploy a mind to another organization, you may see agreed performance information (subscribers, runs, assessment progress). The subscriber’s own workspace data remains theirs.

Revenue & conduct

Where credits or fees flow through a deployment, terms are shown in the Service. Don’t deploy minds that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
